Of course! We know this city well and always travel in groups. This tour is all about having a great time and seeing (and tasting!) all that the city has to offer. That being said, safety is our primary concern. We follow the NYC mantra “if you see something, say something” and encourage your toy traveler to as well.

Absolutely! We realize that NYC and Florence have a lot to offer and have had custom requests made for special visits. Approved requests are honored at an additional $10 per location. Please email us (info@stuffedinthecity.com) with your requests prior to placing your order. Requests are approved within 24 hours and will be invoiced separately through PayPal.

Stuffed in the City gets your tourist thisclose to traveling on the cheap in New York City, Florence and Rome! Just send in a photo (toy or human) and :BAM: it arrives at the speed of light and without a TSA pat down. Just like our toy travel program, cut-outs join our tour and are photographed in front of the famous sites included in the city tour of your choice. We use high-quality printing and sturdy card stock to get your traveler ready to go! At the end of the trip, you will receive an e-travel certificate and online access to all trip photos.

We love to travel with our friends and encourage toy travelers to bring a buddy along. All companions join the tour for 50% off the price of the tour, that’s just $50 for each additional traveler ($25 for our themed mini-tours).

Due to overwhelming demand to accommodate our travelers with jam packed calendars, we now offer an expedited tour. The trip visits all the sites on our Full Throttle tour in half the time. For an additional $10, tours are cut down to 3 high energy tour days.

We understand that your toy traveler is very important to you and yours. As such, you are responsible for shipping and packaging your pal on the way to NYC. To ensure safe travels, please ship your toy in an insured package with tracking. We take the same care when returning your toy home.

Once you place your order, we will send a confirmation along with the address to send your traveler!

If you would like Express return shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order for a separate invoice (info@stuffedinthecity.com).

We handle all transactions through PayPal, which means we also accept any major credit card and bank debit card. It is secure, easy, and free to sign up.

Our site fully explains our tour and we are always available to answer any questions you may have prior to booking your tickets with us. As such, once you have sent us your toy, refunds cannot be made. Email us with any questions you may have: info@stuffedinthecity.com

We take the utmost care of all travelers and each of our tours have run smoothly. That said, please note that Stuffed in the City shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss of toys caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with rendered services. Stuffed in the City is not responsible for any loss or damage to your toy during shipment.
